Sounds good. So if I check my math, my 2.5x3x5 box would need an exhaust fan with at least 37.5CFM. No problem. I can easily get that with a 120mm CPU fan. Now, on the intake, would you suggest a smaller fan?

Since I am going with fluorescent. Lights I would expect less heat. I was not planning to run the exhaust from the light and out. Rather I was going to put the exhaust high in the box with a vent out AND the intake in the lower portion of the box with the small internal fan always blowing. Sound good?

Thanks for the insight! I really appreciate your time. I want to get this right the first time.

Added Response: I would recommend using BOTH an intake fan as well as your exhaust fan- you will be surprised how much heat those lights will produce.
