Hydroponic System Pump?

by Chris
(MI)

What would be a good pump to run your most successful hydroponics system? (I'm thinking of building your most successful hydroponics system)

Answer: Chris- A low pressure water pump that is rated somewhere around 250 to 400 gallons per hour would work very well for this type of system. You can find these at your local pet supply store or hydroponic gardening store. They may also be available at Home Depot or Lowes, where they are sold for use in setting up outdoor water gardens. Be sure to read the entire article here- My Most Successful Homemade Hydroponic System for extra details about installing and using the pump properly, and Happy Growing!
