I sincerely hope that was written quite some time ago, as there is a decent bit of information of dry fog hydroponics. The ultrasonic humidifiers with coated disks work wonderfully and produce a rich, almost "fuzzy" root system that is second to none. Ive experienced incredible results with this technique for a range of crops, and never a hint of plumeria (root rot). It's brilliant.
